Finely flaked smoked fish or marlin (you don't need much... to taste say 100g), 1 250g pottle cream cheese, 4 x spring onions (finely chopped), 1/2 green pepper and 1/2 red capsicum (finely chopped), 4 garlic cloves (finely chopped), cracked pepper and chilli (to taste), 3 x tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce (to taste), mix well by hand, shape into ball and place in bowl. Sprinkle and cover this delicious ball with hemp seeds. This can be made the night before, but don't put hemp seeds on until just before serving, or they lose the lovely crisp texture.
